Ideal for use with: TRITC (Tetramethylrhodamine), 2-dodecylresorufin-lipid, ATTO 565, DsRed, Propidium Iodide (PI), SpectrumOrange, dTomato, mApple, mRFP, mRuby, mTangerine
This filter set is optimized to simultaneously deliver bright signal and high signal-to-noise ratio (contrast) for measuring TRITC (or other key fluorophores – see complete list above). This set is spectrally aligned for excitation with many of the broadband or discrete LED-based light engines available in the market.
