太陽光激發葉綠素螢光 Solar-Induced Fluorescence (簡稱SIF)

一般目前植物行光合作用靠儀器檢測只能分辨「有、沒有」,而不能準確的測出光合作用的「強度」,通過Ocean Insight 的QE Pro光譜儀,我們現在能夠測出隨著太陽光的照射強度改變,葉綠素也會行不同強度的光合作用

從上方圖表可以看到,一般的太陽光譜在684nm-685nm之間會有一個明顯的波谷,正好這個地方是葉綠素在行光合作用時會放出螢光的波段

 

只要靠著下列的配置,比對太陽光譜以及植物反射光譜,再加上經過強度校正的光譜儀便可以知道現在光合作用的強度!
