This 5-axis (XYZθα) stage is a combination of standard parts. Complete System Included :
● α axis Goniometer Stage. Center distance to point of rotation is 50mm or 75mm, Swing angle range is ± 20° or 15°.
● Rotation Stage. Rotation angle is 360° and fine adjustment angle is 15° for 06MTG Series.
● Tilt Stage. Rotation angle is ±3.5° and Tilt angle is ±3.5° for 06MTA Series.
● Vertical Translation Stage. Travel range is 6mm or 13mm.
● XY Axis Translation Stage. Travel range is 25mm or 13mm for each axis.
