● 06GOM-6050M αβ Axis Goniometer Stage. Center distance to point of rotation is 50mm, Swing angle range is ± 15° and ± 20°.
● 06RSP-6M Rotation Stage. Rotation angle is 360° and fine adjustment angle is 15°.
● 06UAP-1M Universal Adaptor Platform 60x60mm.
● 06VTS-1M Vertical Translation Stage. Travel range is 6mm.
● 06UAP-3M Universal Adaptor Platform 69x88mm.
● 06DTS-1M XY Axis Translation Stage. Travel range is 25mm for each axis.
