● Construction is the same as 06DTS-1, Micrometer replaced by high precision stainless steel M6x0.25mm thumbscrews (07ASL-1).
● Each axis linear stage is integrated with crossed-roller bearing.
● Cross-roller bearing design for great loads while maintaining accuracy and stability purpose.
● Rails in contact with crossed-roller bearing are made of polished carbon steel in order to ensure long lasting precision and smoothness.
● There are springs preload against the stainless steel thumbscrew tip to eliminate backlash.
● 1/4-20 threaded is available for convenient mounting.
● Knob screws on the side along each axis provides fixed function for desired position is reached.
● Stainless steel thumbscrew located on the side position for space saving purpose.
● Angular deviation along each axis:
< 15 arcsec in yaw
< 25 arcsec in pitch direction.
● QC measurement report along with goods shipment.
