● Each axis motion by micrometer for accuracy motion and readout position.
● The stages are spring loaded against the drive micrometer for backlash free motion.
● Angular deviation along each axis: <15 arcsec in yaw and <25 arcsec in pitch direction.
● Micrometer located on center position to provide precise motion control.
● M4 (8-32) and M6 (1/4-20) and threaded holes on surface are available.
● Integrated base offered counterbored holes for mounting optical table or other platform.
● QC measurement report along with goods shipment.
