● 06RSP-6 Rotation Stage. Rotation angle is 360° and fine adjustment angle is 15°.
● 06UAP-1 Universal Adaptor Platform 60x60mm.
● 06VTS-1 Vertical Translation Stage. Travel range is 6mm.
● 06UAP-3 Universal Adaptor Platform 69x88mm.
● 06DTS-1 XY Axis Translation Stage. Travel range is 25mm for each axis.
