● This model is similar to the standard magnetic base but fitted with an aluminum mounting plate secured on the top surface.
● This plate has an array of 8-32 and 1/4-20 threaded holes for flexible mounting.
● Any steel surface will suffice for attachment regardless of its mounting angle;a base can even be secured in an upside down position.
● This plate also decouples attached components from the base's magnetic field.
● The permanent magnet is turned on and off at will by a large lever at the front face.
● Switch turns strong permanent magnet "on" or "off ".
● Useful for quickly repositioning components during setup.
● Magnet strength without top plate: 80kgs (175 lbs).
