Ideal for use with: mCherry, Texas Red, 5-ROX (carboxy-X-rhodamine), mRFP1, Alexa Fluor 594™, MitoTracker™ Red
This filter set is optimized to simultaneously deliver bright signal and high signal-to-noise ratio (contrast) for measuring mCherry (or other key fluorophores – see complete list above). This set is spectrally aligned for excitation with many of the broadband or discrete LED-based light engines available in the market.
